Hi, I have a project where the ID specified a set of lights specifically the specialty lighting CR4D-SA. these lights have the encoders built in. So, my question is: can the Stick-DE3 turn the fixtures on/off?

Hello,
Stick-DE3 cannot identify your lights separately. You can turn everything off at once, or change the colors of all your fixtures at once using the special feature buttons on the hardware.
Otherwise, you will need to create special scenes for each of your devices in order to animate them separately.
